Randy is a real estate CONSULTANT, licensed attorney, certified NEGOTIATION EXPERT, certified MEDIATOR, published AUTHOR, and an insurance specialist offering a unique set of skills. With his combination of real estate expertise and law experience Randy’s clients trust that all matters in a real estate transaction are handled professionally. He is focused on delivering the most value for those that employ his services through dedication, hard work and skilled negotiation. He will bring calm and confidence to your buying or selling needs. Randy serves the Gainesville community as a board member of Superheroes For Hope, which is a non-profit organization created to bring hope and an extraordinary SUPERHERO adventure for kids who are courageously facing the challenges associated with childhood diseases.
Kyle Hunziker, MBA

Kyle dove head first into real estate in 2019. After playing four years of college lacrosse, Kyle wanted to put his MBA to the test and help his father run the family business. In just six months, Kyle accumulated more than a million dollars in sales and multiple five-star reviews. Kyle is a hard worker with a true love for residential real estate, people, and the community. He is an aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for business and personal growth.

Cris is the glue that holds everything together and joined The Hunziker Team in March 2023. She handles a lot of our business matters and our social media content and posts. She also makes sure that we stay in contact with you as you become our customer for life.
Jezika Gunter

Interests: Lacrosse, graphic design, and travel
Jezika joined The Hunziker Team in early 2020. With a passion for brand design and marketing, Jezika was eager to find a role that gives her the ability to be creative. As the marketing director, she focuses on our branding, website, social media, and their impact on
our business.
Maricarmen Marroquin
Transaction Coordinator
Maricarmen is a true go-getter and joined The Hunziker Team in March 2016. She has great skills in communication and project management. She is EXTREMELY responsive and efficient when working with clients. With more than 5 years of experience and hundreds of closings, Maricarmen is battle-tested and ready to manage all our teams' transactions. She has a love for all animals, including her three dogs and six cats. She loves to adopt animals that need a home.
